SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Vice President of Care Coordination Operations and Quality Management position will be reporting to the Chief Clinical Strategy Officer within the Carisk Outcomes Division.
- Full-Time position reporting to the Chief Clinical Strategy Officer
- This position will work closely with Sales and Account Management, as well as the Operations Department and Provider Relations Department
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of the care coordination and quality teams
- Creation of key strategic initiatives and program development
- Providing clinical oversight of the team, including critical analysis of active problems, risks, barriers and progress towards outcomes
- Assessment of clinical and quality department operational procedures for gap and expansion areas
- Review of data and development of reporting requirements
- Ability to interface at all levels within the company
- Client-facing interaction, including presentation of Carisk Outcomes clinical programs and patient cases
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Demonstrated leadership, including strategic vision towards growth and people management
- Strong clinical acumen
- Clinical operations experience
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing provider partnership relationships
- Strong project management with Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Case Management Systems and/or Electronic Medical Record Systems
- Attention to detail in written and verbal communication
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Workers’ Compensation managed care experience- 5 years minimum
- Clinical experience- RN, NP or DNP
- Management experience
- Client-facing experience
- Quality Management experience
