Role Overview: We’re seeking a strategic and experienced marketer to serve as the primary marketing point of contact for specific products or service lines. In this role, you will lead the content strategy, campaign planning, and execution for your assigned portfolio, working closely with cross functional teams to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Role Responsibilities:
Product Marketing Ownership
- Serve as the marketing lead for assigned products or services, developing and executing tailored marketing strategies.
- Build a deep understanding of each product’s value proposition, target customer, and competitive landscape.
- Develop messaging frameworks and positioning that support sales enablement and market differentiation.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and subject matter experts to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Content Development & Campaign Execution
- Lead the creation of high-quality marketing content including website copy, email campaigns, sales collateral, blog posts, case studies, presentations, and social media assets.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Manage editorial calendars and content production timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Partner with internal creative, digital, and marketing operations to execute campaigns effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights, align on messaging, and secure approvals.
- Track and report on campaign and content performance, using data to optimize future efforts.
- Manage timelines, assets, and budgets related to your product marketing initiatives.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in Workers’ Compensation.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
