Staffing Associate/Appointment Scheduler
Carisk Partners HeadsUp Healthcare division is looking for a Staffing Associate (Appointment Scheduler) in our Tampa, FL office to support our Dental, Doctor, and Leadership Teams. HeadsUp Healthcare is patient-first specialty managed care company for injured workers focusing exclusively on above the neck injuries.
Medical Bill Negotiator
The Medical Bill Negotiator role establishes contact with providers to negotiate savings on medical bills or pre or post service date. Working with the the Bill Review analysis team, Negotiator will apply proper jurisdictional regulations, reductions etc to the bill to establish a baseline from which negotiations will be calculated. Negotiator will contact the providers using any available means (phone, fax, email etc) in order to negotiate savings below the established baseline using proprietary metrics, historical results and other strategies as needed. The Negotiator then completes the appropriate reimbursement agreement and documents savings for clients.
HR Systems Administrator
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our HR systems and processes. This position has a strong focus on payroll, benefits administration, HRIS functionality, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will hold a Certified Compensation/Payroll Professional (CCP or CPP) designation and combine strong technical skills with a deep understanding of HR operations and compliance. This dual-role position serves as the primary owner of HR system integrity, configuration, and reporting, while also contributing to strategic decision-making through data analysis and continuous improvement of HR processes.
HR/Talent Acquisition Associate
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR/Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team in the Worker’s Compensation industry. In this role, you will focus on attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent in a highly regulated and mission-critical field. You will play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. This position is ideal for an entry level HR professional who understands the unique demands of the Healthcare/Insurance space and thrives in a compliance-focused, people-driven environment.
Associate Director, Marketing
We’re seeking a strategic and experienced marketer to serve as the primary marketing point of contact for specific products or service lines.
